Advantage Valley, in partnership with the Robert C. Byrd Institute (RCBI) Appalachian Hatchery Project and the Contractors Association of West Virginia, hosted a West Virginia Division of Highways Vendor Fair, designed to link small businesses in sector supply chains to the procurement process Thursday, Aug. 23 at the Valley Park Conference Center in Hurricane.
Local company representatives learned about opportunities in materials, services, supplies and commodities required for the day-to-day operation of the West Virginia Division of Highways.
