Work with a business coach to apply for a FASTER WV Loan from the Revolving Loan Fund.

Loan Amounts range from $5,000 – $50,000

Eligible Uses:

• Real Estate Acquisition
• Equipment and Inventory
• Working Capital

Non-Eligible Uses:

• Refinance Existing Debt
• Commercial Vehicles

Loan Duration:

• Real Estate (10 years)
• Equipment (7 years)
• Operating Capital (3 – 5 years)

Interest Rate = Current Prime Rate

Can be combined with loans from other lenders.  *Loans must be one of our prioritv sectors.

Eligible borrowers:                                                       

• Private, for profit businesses
• Private, for profit developers (binding commitments)
• Must not have delinquent debt to the State
• Borrower located in or activity benefits the Advantage Valley Region
• Credit is not otherwise available
